We offer Australia-wide shipping. Orders are delivered within 3–14 business days, depending on your state and location.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible, customers must provide an unboxing (opening) video as proof.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide a clear unboxing (opening) video as proof
- The item must be unused and in original condition
Product Disclaimer
- Our collection includes both anti-tarnish jewellery and imitation jewellery
- Product materials and details are mentioned in each product description
- Slight colour or finish variations may occur
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size choice
- Normal wear and tear
- Tarnishing due to improper care

2. Share your order details and unboxing video
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty
Important Note
✨ Our anti-tarnish jewellery is designed for everyday wear, but it still requires proper care to maintain its shine and longevity. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Imitation jewellery requires extra care and should be handled gently.
